Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and driven Canvassing Representatives to join our team with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Sales Representative. As a Canvassing Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce Pella’s products and services, schedule appointments for our sales team, and gather customer information.

We provide everything needed for success

• Highly competitive bonus structure ($50 per set lead, with daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities)
• Potential to grow into a full sales representative. Sales representative have ability to make well into 6 figures.
• You will have a direct manager to contact and help with training and growth throughout your time with Pella
• Company provides canvassing materials
• Able to sell windows, doors, roofs, siding, gutters and more!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories to identify potential customers
• Identify problem areas and educate homeowners about Pella’s range of windows and doors, highlighting key features and benefits
• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with our sales representatives
• Collect and accurately record customer information and feedback
• Maintain a positive and profession demeanor while representing Pella in the community
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment setting goals
• Participate in trainings top improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Home improvement knowledge will give a leading edge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Working smartphone with ability to download app
