About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer to join its dedicated team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, providing clinical leadership, developing strategic clinical goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves working closely with the Chief Quality Officer, Clinical Directors, and Human Resources to oversee the recruitment, retention, and engagement of clinical staff, as well as leading the quality assessment and performance improvement program. The Chief Medical Officer will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration, and must be adept at working with electronic health record systems. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company should be graduates of accredited medical schools, board-certified in a relevant area, and have at least 7 years' of clinical experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior leadership role. The role requires a strong community health and public health orientation, experience in primary care delivery models, and a proven track record in clinical quality and performance management. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and a deep understanding of strategic goal execution.
