Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Python and IoT Platform Integration along with domain expertise in Products Management and Industry Essentials. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the integration of IoT platforms with our products ensuring seamless functionality.
• Provide expertise in Python to develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with product management teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Ensure all testing activities align with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Monitor and report on test progress providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to the testing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results defects and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Python and experience with IoT Platform Integration.
• Demonstrate expertise in Products Management and Industry Essentials.
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a testing role with at least 3 years in a lead position.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
