Position Summary
The Medical Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs for the clinical sales team. This role requires someone who is passionate about training, enthusiastic, and skilled in leading various training formats, including one-on-one sessions, small groups, and full team workshops. The Sales Trainer will work closely with Regional Management and multiple corporate departments to ensure that all sales personnel are aligned on product knowledge, sales strategies, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
