Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their loan applications, provide guidance throughout the lending process, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Our team offers a dedicated Loan Manager & a dedicated Processor their sole mission is to help you grow your business by working on the back end on all of your loans. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to explain loan products, terms, and application processes.

• Loan Origination:

  • Review and process loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assess clients' financial information to determine eligibility for loans.
  • Provide pre-approval and approval updates to clients.

• Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and company lending regulations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of loan transactions and client interactions.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other team members to expedite loan processing.
  • Address client questions or concerns promptly via phone, email, or video conferencing.

• Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, lending guidelines, and market conditions.
  • Promote loan products to new and existing clients through online and social media platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role.
• Knowledge of loan products (e.g., FHA, VA, conventional loans).
• Familiarity with lending regulations and guidelines.
• Proficient with mortgage loan origination software and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workspace effectively.
