This is a rare opportunity to live and work on the most beautiful beach in Hawaii, work closely with a very successful entrepreneur and help launch their new startup.
OUR CLIENT A very successful ultra high net worth person who has founded successful companies in many industries. He currently lives with his young adult daughter who has very serious health issues and has very specific dietary needs.
THE HOUSE Located in Lanikai Beach, which means Heavenly Sea and is considered the most exclusive neighborhood in Oahu. This 4 million dollar beach house belongs to the client and is located near the home where the client and his daughter stay. It has a state of the art kitchen.
THE JOB PART 1. (PERSONAL CHEF)- Design and prepare innovative, flavorful, and nutritionally balanced ketogenic meals for the client and his daughter.
- Collaborate with nutritionist to ensure accurate ketogenic macronutrient ratios and dietary adherence.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in ketogenic nutrition through continuous self-education and provided resources.
- Communicate effectively with family members to understand their meal preferences, dietary needs, and expectations.
- Source high-quality, fresh ingredients from reputable suppliers.
- Manage ingredient ordering and inventory.
- Prepare and serve meals according to the family's schedule, meals will be prepared in the state of the art kitchen in your home and collected by the client's team and taken to their home nearby
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
THE JOB PART 2. (RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CHEF)- The client is also launching a new startup called Humanity Foods which will produce vegan keto foods for retail/supermarket chains across the country.
- Keto-based products that don't spike blood sugar
- The client has successfully launched many other startups in retail, fashion etc and knows how to get products into stores
- You will work with the nutritionist and the client to create new products, right now they already have a preserve, and are working on other items like candy bars etc.
- Equity is possible after the 1st year
WHAT YOU NEED - Minimum of 10 years of professional culinary experience.
- Strong understanding of ketogenic cooking and nutrition is a big plus
- Someone who is passionate about health, and is creative and think outside the box
- Worked in really high standard restaurants, ie Michelin star etc
- Versatility in cooking different cuisines, including Asian and vegetarian.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for culinary arts and dedication to exceeding expectations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
