• Executive Team Support: Act as the right hand to the CEO and a team of four executives, managing day-to-day operations and providing seamless support.
• Meeting Leadership and Follow-Up:
  • Join the CEO in high-level meetings, capturing critical details, summarizing discussions, and preparing retrospectives.
  • Drive follow-through on key decisions, action items, and deliverables.
• Complex Calendar Management:
  • Oversee intricate scheduling across time zones for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize competing demands while ensuring efficiency and alignment.
• Event and Logistics Coordination: Handle administrative details for meetings and events, including agenda preparation, location selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and expense tracking.

• Experience: 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Skills:
  • Expert in managing complex calendars and coordinating across global teams.
  • Superior organizational and multitasking capabilities with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present information concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
• Attributes:
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Discreet and professional with a high level of emotional intelligence.
