Customer Service Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate for a temp-to-hire position. You will help customers with their orders, answer calls, and solve delivery issues. This role requires good product knowledge and teamwork skills.
Key Duties:
Enter data into the computer.
Answer phone calls and assist customers.
Help customers figure out what they need to order.
Solve problems during the delivery process.
Stay updated on company products.
Work well with your team.
Stay calm and positive, even under pressure.
Perform other tasks as needed.
Skills Needed:
Good communication.
Basic computer skills.
Detail-oriented.
Strong time management.
Customer-focused.
Team player.
Reliable and adaptable.
Work Environment:
Office setting using computers and phones. May involve some light lifting and walking.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft, Google, data entry).
